It’s time to vote for a new board
Aventura Marina Two, previous board, installed a facial
recognition clock, to accurately determine the work time for hourly employees.

a smarter and more honest way to track and store employees work time by
clocking employees’ in and out of shifts, in an intuitive and natural manner.

increased accountability for each individual employees’ punctuality.
Clocking in and out is made fast and easy.
Enrolled employees can clock in and out fast by a simple photo process. The
system speedily identifies the employee and records their work time accordingly.
When our hourly employees arrive at work or end their work shift, they will
face the Facial Recognition Time Clock, which will record the time for each employee. The Facial recognition time clock brings another layer of efficiency while
maintaining the high levels of data accuracy. It easily monitors employee
attendance and their worked hours. Determining labor costs as well as tracking
breaks and the start and end times of all activities are all available at a
glance using the facial recognition clock produced reports.
This system is not being used by our present
board/management. We have no reliable basis for how much to pay our employees. Usually
employers that don’t use facial recognition or finger print verification, in
many cases, because the employees are illegal residents that aren’t allowed to
work in the US. If by chance, the AM2 board/management hires illegal immigrants
it could constitute a major liability to the owners of our condominium.
Don’t take a chance vote for a new board!
